Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked the most about Noire Wellness.

Do you offer hub memberships?

Sorry – We don’t offer hub memberships at the moment. All of our community wellness hubs takes place at multiple hired venues throughout the year. You may find it useful to discuss with us the type of hubs we’re planning to offer in the future to see which one might suit you best.

Are there changing facilities in the community wellness hubs?

We try our best to ensure the venues we hire are fit for purpose.   Most of the venues will have changing areas.  But may not have the wonderful steam room and showers. You may find it useful to find out if the hub you’re interested in has all that you require by getting in touch with us.

Can I bring my children with me?

We believe the children are our future…(We know – you went into your inner Whitney!) and plan to develop ongoing activities for them to be well.  Please check our events page to view our latest community wellness hubs.

What is a community wellness hub?

We’ve created transformative wellness spaces that combine health & fitness, rejuvenation lounge and educational workshop zones rolled into one.  We curate the talents of wellness professionals who have been inspired by the traditions of Africa and the Caribbean to provide a vocal point for the community.

What consultancy services do you offer?

Our consultancy services span across the areas of sports development, inclusive fitness and wellness development.  At times assignments extend beyond the giving of advice. For example, in Wellness Development the assignments may include event planning, which may involve development of new ideas or adaptation of existing ones and may require the use of volunteers or venues.

Often, there can be ‘grey’ areas over what is defined and determined as ‘research’ and what is ‘consultancy’.  We understand that some assignments may contain elements of both research and consultancy.

As a rule of thumb, our consultancy differs from research in that it:

  1. Is usually short term in nature i.e. less than three months in duration;
  2. Does not have as its primary purpose the generation of new knowledge;
  3. Is undertaken by Noire Wellness teams rather than by specifically recruited partners as often occurs in research.

How much do your services cost?

We offer a range of fees which vary depending on the service you want and the length of the assignment.  We welcome you to contact us for your FREE 15 minute consultation to help you decide on your next step.  Rest assured our rates are competitive and cost effective.

What clients have you worked with in the past?

We’ve worked with a wide variety of clients in the past.  Often lending valuable advice outside of our newly launch consultancy services!  Whilst we cannot disclose all client information we encourage you to check out our testimonials here.
